Take one piece of writing from draft to ready to send.

## Steps

1. `/stop-slop`: draft it with the anti-AI rules on
2. `/slop-guard`: get a score and the list of AI phrases
3. `/humanizer`: rewrite those phrases, facts unchanged
4. `/slop-guard`: score again; it should go up
