Sets Vale to run automatically: in GitHub Actions, as a check before each commit, or in another runner.

**Skip it when:** Rewriting one paragraph by feel. Humanizer is quicker for that.

**Best for:** Checking every doc in a repo at once, and stopping new AI-sounding writing from creeping in.

**Notes:** First runs are loud (thousands of alerts, mostly semicolons, em dashes and lists of three), so run triage before fix.
