Inventory actual versions and dependencies of Playwright, Puppeteer, system Chrome, Chromium caches and Electron apps. Verify current vendor-supported and security-fix thresholds rather than trusting hard-coded version numbers. Distinguish safe disposable caches from app-owned runtimes and report the rollback path before any cleanup.
